CWF Phnom Penh – Our Main Campus

CWF Phnom Penh

Our Main Campus

CWF Phnom Penh is our main campus, established in 2006 to build local capacity and drive development through language learning while generating funds for rural development projects. English is the language of tourism, business and international development in Cambodia, a vital vocational skill for improving incomes and future prospects. Since 2006 we have hosted over 600 international volunteers and taught over 27,000 students. We have donated over US$153,000.00 to our development partners for their sustainable development projects, improving livelihoods of 4,961 families (as at June 2015).

CWF’s volunteer teachers work in the enigmatic heart of Cambodia: Phnom Penh, The Pearl of Asia. Volunteers teach English to adult local students whose fees support NGO’s work in rural Cambodia. You will teach around 3 classes per day, Monday – Friday, with the opportunity to attend weekly Teaching Training workshops, and take advantage of one on one feedback, and drop in teaching support. This programme is ideal for recently qualified ESL teachers seeking to gain experience and further their professional development. It is also great for experienced volunteers seeking to contribute to the wonderful people of this country.

Our dedicated support team provides 24 / 7 Living Support, social activities, Khmer language lessons, cooking classes, day trips and more. From the moment we pick you up from the airport to the end of semester and beyond, we go out of our way to ensure your experience in Cambodia is something you will never forget!
