My name is Ny, I am from Prey Veng Province. I have been working for CWF since school started in 2006. I’ve been working as Academic Coordinator. CWF is the best working place; I can learn more about Western Culture, improve my Enlish, and I get a lot of different working experience as well. I am very proud to work here, not just above reasons, but also because at CWF, the staff, students and volunteers exchange their cultures and experiences whilst raising funds for Cambodian poor families in North-East provinces of Cambodia.

Hi! My name is Channrasmey Sok, I am from Kampong Thom province. I am an Admin and Finance Manager. I am so proud being part of CWF’s family.  I enjoy working with all staff, international volunteers from around the world. Moreover, I love to get to know many friendly students here. And what I love the most is because CWF is a charitable school providing  positive mission for human resources development as well as raising fund to uplift Cambodian  livelihood and preserving natural resources through activities of CRDT.

My name is Rasmey. I am from Kompong Speu Province. I started working at CWF in 2012,I am a Admin and Finance Assistant. At CWF I have greatly improved my English, my communication skills, andespecially my leadershipskills. I have also been able to attend financial management training programs provided by CWF.

My name is Sao, I am from Svay Reang Province.  I am a Security and Maintenance officer and I have been working here for 4 years. At CWF I have learnt multiple- skills, which I never knew before. I have learnt some skill such as class conversational English language, social work, multi-repair and maintenance; I can now communicate directly with foreigners. I have also learned admin, finance and an understanding of the business environment. I meet different people from all around the world. CWF has made me feel more confident. I honestly feel very lucky to work here.

My name is Kem, I am from Kompong Thom Province. I have worked at CWF since December 2009 as a cleaner and in 2012 I become a receptionist. Working with CWF, I have improved my English communication skill with students and foreigners, I feel more confident, have new ideas, and have gained more experience exchanging culture with people from many different countries. CWF is also supporting me to attend university.

My name is Khat Sao. I am from Takao Province. I am a Security and Maintenance Officer, I have been working here for four months. For the past four months I have learnt a lot of new skills I had not tried before, as I learn more about my job. I also learn English with foreign volunteers. I currently study Level 3 with my teacher Paul, who is very good teacher. I enjoy working here with all of the CWF staff.

Hello, my name is Chan Senghion, from Prey Veng Province. I am a security and maintenance officer. I have been working here for 4 years.I have improved my English, I can speak English much better than 4 years ago! I practice my English with our volunteers. My job is to fix lights, Air conditioners, bathrooms and general maintenance when there are problems.

My name is Mony, from Kompong Cham Province. I am the weekday cook and I startedworking at CWF one year and eight months ago. I have improved my English and learnt more about cooking for westerners.

Hello, my name is Linda, from Kandal Province. I have been working at CWF since 2012. Working here I have improved myself a lot and I have found a passion to do my job well and I now take pride in my work. This job has help me to help my family live better. I have learned good habits such as hygiene and sanitation. I also studied English speaking and listening skills at our school which helps me understand our volunteers.I’m making more friends with students, volunteers and have a very good relationship with the other staff, especially CWF’s management team, who always provide me good opportunities and good advice.

My name is Lyhong, I am from Prey Veng Province. I am a cleaner and started working at CWF in February 2013. At CWF I can improve my English speaking and communication skills, I have good experiences working with foreigners and have a lot of fun with them. Working inmaintenance and cleaning at CWF lets me help myself and my family. I love CWF so mush! Thanks.
