May signals the beginning of the wet season in Cambodia. While most rainfall occurs from July to September, afternoon storms sweep through Phnom Penh, bringing welcome relief from the hot days.

 

School Holidays

Whilst the May – August semester doesn’t have many public holidays, we still have 7 days with no classes (besides the weekends, of course!) The semester is divided by a full week off, giving volunteers a great opportunity to spend 9 days to explore!
